Withdrawal Information

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, acquired physical possession of the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, inform TrackDown UG (haftungsbeschränkt), c/o Am Technologiehof Münster - GründerGarage, Mendelstraße 11, 48149 Münster, Germany, email: admin@cora-track.de, by an unequivocal statement. You may use the electronic function or withdrawal form below.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw, TrackDown will reimburse all payments received from you, including the cost of the least expensive standard delivery offered, without undue delay and no later than fourteen days after receipt of the withdrawal. Reimbursement will use the same means of payment unless otherwise agreed. Reimbursement may be withheld until TrackDown receives the goods or you provide evidence of return.

Return the goods to the address above without undue delay and no later than fourteen days after declaring withdrawal. You bear the direct return costs. You are liable for diminished value only where it results from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
